Sign in to Turnstile and fix sign-in errors

How to sign in, switch between Turnstile accounts, and fix common sign-in errors.

Turnstile uses a secure sign-in page for all users. This article covers how to sign in, how to switch between Turnstile accounts, and what to do if you see a sign-in error.

Sign in to Turnstile

  1. Go to app.turnstile.ai.

  2. Choose how to sign in, such as with your Google or Microsoft account.

  3. If you belong to more than one Turnstile account, select the account you want on the Select an organization to continue screen.

  4. Click Continue.

Turnstile remembers the last account you chose in that browser.

Switch to a different Turnstile account

If you belong to more than one Turnstile account, you can switch between them without signing out.

  1. Click your profile picture or initials in the bottom left corner.

  2. Select Switch organization.

  3. On the Choose organization page, select the account you want to open.

Tip: The top of the profile menu shows which account you are signed in to.

Fix common sign-in errors

If sign-in does not complete, Turnstile shows an Authentication error page with one of the messages below. To start over as a different person, click Try again with different account.

Your sign-in link has expired. Please sign in again.

Turnstile could not finish signing you in, usually because sign-in was not completed within 10 minutes or was started in another tab or browser.

  1. Close any other Turnstile sign-in tabs.

  2. Go to app.turnstile.ai and sign in again in one tab, without pausing.

If you see this message again, clear your cookies for Turnstile and try once more. Instructions are in the article on clearing your cache and cookies for Turnstile.

Sign-in did not complete. Please try again.

Sign-in was interrupted, for example by closing an approval screen. Sign in again.

You are not a member of that organization.

You signed in with an email address that does not have access to the Turnstile account you were trying to open. This can happen if you sign in with a different Google or Microsoft account than usual, such as a personal account instead of your work account.

  1. Click Try again with different account.

  2. Sign in with the email address you use for that Turnstile account.

If you no longer have access to the account, ask a teammate who still has access to send you a new invitation.

Other sign-in errors

If you see a different error message, or one of the errors above keeps appearing after you sign in again, contact help@turnstile.ai. Include the full web address from your browser’s address bar on the error page. It contains a short code that helps our team find the cause.
