If Turnstile is freezing, loading slowly, appearing broken, or showing outdated information, clearing the cache and cookies stored for Turnstile specifically often resolves it. This removes only the data Turnstile has stored in your browser. You will not need to clear your entire browsing history or sign out of other sites.
After clearing this data, refresh Turnstile and sign in again to see if your issue is resolved.
Clear Turnstile cookies in Chrome
Open Chrome and go to Settings.
Select Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies.
Select See all site data and permissions.
Search for turnstile.ai.
Select Delete next to the site.
Clear Turnstile cookies in Safari
Open Safari and choose Safari > Settings.
Click Privacy.
Click Manage Website Data.
Search for turnstile.ai.
Select the site and click Remove, then Done.
Clear Turnstile cookies in Firefox
Open Firefox and click the menu button, then select Settings.
Select Privacy & Security > Clear data for specific sites in the Browsing data section.
Search for and select turnstile.ai.
Select Remove All Shown, then Save Changes.
Clear Turnstile cookies in Microsoft Edge
Open Edge and select the menu (three dots) in the top right, then Settings.
Select Manage cookies, then See all cookies and site data.
Search for turnstile.ai.
Select the arrow next to the site and choose the trash can icon to delete.
