Event History
You can monitor real time progress of your quote by clicking on "Event History" in the top right corner of your individual quote page. These are the definitions of the key events that are tracked:
Draft- Quote has not been sent to the customer and can be edited
Sent- Quote has been sent to the customer and is no longer in draft
Accepted- Customer has approved the quote by either:
Clicking "Accept" or "Pay" for Checkout Page delivery (Note: This event status does not confirm if a payment was successful, check Invoices to confirm payment success)
Providing their signature for E-signature delivery
Expired- The "offer valid thru" date for the quote is in the past
After a quote is finalized
Once both parties have signed a quote, a PDF of the contract is created with the signatures added and the quote becomes a subscription.
