Overview
This article introduces the quoting workflow in Turnstile. Quotes allow you to create customized proposals for prospects and existing customers, send them for approval, and automatically convert them into active subscriptions once signed or accepted.
What is a quote?
Quotes are estimated contracts for a company's products and services for prospects or returning customers. With Turnstile, you are able to customize quotes with great detail.
You can create a new quote from either the Turnstile Homepage or the Quotes page in the top right corner.
How Quoting in Turnstile Works
Once you have created a quote, you will have the option to send the quote to your customer for e-signature or as a checkout page. You are able to track the quote through the Event History tab.
After all parties have signed the quote or the customer has completed checkout, the quote will become a subscription and a PDF of the contract is created.
