To manage your team in Turnstile, use the side navigation bar and click Team. On this page you can add, delete or update your teammates.
Add Users
To add a teammate, you can either:
Share magic link
Add manually
Share magic link
To share a magic link, click the Share icon (three connected dots) in the top right of the page, then copy the link from the pop-up window. When the user opens the link they will be prompted to login.
Add manually
To add a teammate manually, click the + icon and input the email address. You have the option to toggle on/off if a user will be an admin. Click Send invite and your teammate will receive an email from no-reply@tryturnstile.com.
Note: Admins have complete access and can manage users, access settings and integrations, and view all subscriptions and quotes.
Edit User Permissions
To edit an existing teammate's permission, click the vertical 3 dots to the right of their name and select Edit permissions, then change the role to Standard or Admin and click Save.
Remove a User
To remove an existing teammate, click the vertical 3 dots to the right of their name and select Remove user, then click Confirm.
