This article covers how to edit invoice settings for existing subscriptions in Turnstile. The new invoice settings will apply to all upcoming invoices in draft for the selected subscription(s).
You can edit invoice settings for a specific customer from the customer page or edit default invoice settings across multiple customers from your account settings.
Edit invoice settings for a single customer's subscription(s)
On the customer page, scroll down to the invoices section and select Edit invoice settings.
Select one or multiple subscriptions you'd like to apply the updated invoice settings to.
Click Next: Invoice settings.
Make necessary changes to the Invoice settings and Payment method.
Click Next: Confirm changes.
Review any notes about how the change(s) will be applied and confirm by clicking Save changes.
The new invoice settings will be reflected in the draft invoices on the customer page.
Edit invoice settings for multiple customers
If you need to edit invoice settings across multiple customer subscriptions, head to Settings > Edit invoice settings on existing subscriptions. From this page, you can select individual subscriptions or choose to Update all existing subscriptions.
