Terminating a subscription sets an end date for an active subscription and cancels any invoices scheduled after the set termination date.
Note: A subscription cannot be terminated before the end of the last paid or invoiced service period.
To cancel a subscription:
From Customers > All subscriptions or on the customer page, choose the subscription you'd like to terminate.
Select Manage > Terminate.
Set the Termination effective date.
This is the date the subscription will end.
Review the updated invoice schedule.
A divider marks the current date and the termination date.
Invoices due before the termination date will have a
Draftstatus. Depending on where the final invoice falls in the service period, it may be prorated.Invoices scheduled after the termination date will be updated to
Cancelledstatus.
Click Terminate subscription.
Terminating a subscription does not automatically void or refund invoices with an Issued or Paid status. Void or cancel those invoices separately as needed.
