Your Terms library is located in the tab along the top of the Catalog page. You can create as many terms and conditions as needed. These terms can be selected and added into the quotes or subscriptions you create.
Adding Terms
To add a new term:
Click the "+ Add Term" button on the right side of the Terms page
Input the term name and desired content.
Format the term as needed using rich text options.
Save the term
Note: You can also insert images or create tables for your terms
Adding Terms to Quotes
When in the Create Quote page, click the "+ Add Block" button in the body of the quote
Select Terms and Conditions.
Choose a term from your catalog
Insert it into the quote
Archiving Terms
Archive terms to remove them from use during quoting. Quotes drafted or sent with archived terms will not be affected.
