Overview
Invoice Reporting provides a comprehensive list view of all your invoices with advanced filtering and export capabilities. Use this feature to analyze invoice data, track payment status across customers, and generate custom reports for your business needs.
Accessing Invoice Reporting
You can access Invoice Reporting from two locations:
Invoices β All invoices in the side navigation
Analytics β Invoice reporting tab
Invoice Report Filtering
Filter your invoices to find specific data or create targeted reports. Available filters include:
Status- Draft, Issued, Paid, Void, Canceled, Uncollectible
Payment Status- Awaiting Payment, Payment Failed, Payment Processing, etc.
Customer- Filter by specific customer name
Products- Filter by products included on invoices
Customizing Columns
Click Display on the right side of the invoice reporting page. The available columns are:
Invoice number
Status
Customer name
Invoice amount
Products
Service periods
Invoice date
Due date
Scheduled send date
Sent date
Paid date
Exporting Invoice Data
Once you've configured your filters and columns:
Click Export to CSV in the top right corner
The system will generate a CSV file with your current view
