How to utilize and export invoice lists from Turnstile

Overview

Invoice Reporting provides a comprehensive list view of all your invoices with advanced filtering and export capabilities. Use this feature to analyze invoice data, track payment status across customers, and generate custom reports for your business needs.

Accessing Invoice Reporting

You can access Invoice Reporting from two locations:

  1. Invoices β†’ All invoices in the side navigation

  2. Analytics β†’ Invoice reporting tab

Invoice Report Filtering

Filter your invoices to find specific data or create targeted reports. Available filters include:

  • Status- Draft, Issued, Paid, Void, Canceled, Uncollectible

  • Payment Status- Awaiting Payment, Payment Failed, Payment Processing, etc.

  • Customer- Filter by specific customer name

  • Products- Filter by products included on invoices

Customizing Columns

Click Display on the right side of the invoice reporting page. The available columns are:

  • Invoice number

  • Status

  • Customer name

  • Invoice amount

  • Products

  • Service periods

  • Invoice date

  • Due date

  • Scheduled send date

  • Sent date

  • Paid date

Exporting Invoice Data

Once you've configured your filters and columns:

  1. Click Export to CSV in the top right corner

  2. The system will generate a CSV file with your current view

If the invoice report does not fit your needs, please reach out to Turnstile support to assist you in creating a custom report.
