How to view and export invoice lists from Turnstile

Invoice reporting provides a comprehensive list view of all your invoices with advanced filtering and export capabilities. Use invoice reporting to analyze invoice data, track payment status across customers, and generate custom reports for your business needs.

Access invoice reporting

You can access invoice reporting from two locations:

  • Invoices > All invoices

  • Reporting > Analytics > Invoice reporting

Invoice report filtering

Filter your invoices to find specific data or create targeted reports. Available filters include:

  • Status: Draft, issued, paid, void, cancelled, uncollectible

  • Payment status: Action required for payment, payment failed, payment pending

  • Customer: Filter by specific customer name

  • Products: Filter by products included on invoices

Customize columns on the invoice report

Click Display on the right side of the invoice reporting page to choose which data to include or exclude from the report view. The available columns are:

  • Invoice number

  • Status

  • Customer name

  • Invoice amount

  • Payment processor

  • Products

  • Service periods

  • Invoice date

  • Due date

  • Scheduled send date

  • Sent date

  • Paid date

Export invoice data

Once you've configured your filters and columns, click Export to CSV in the top right corner. The system will generate a CSV file with your current view.

If the invoice report does not fit your needs, please reach out to Turnstile support to assist you in creating a custom report.
