The customer portal is a public, shareable Turnstile page you and your customer can use to view subscription details, products and services, and invoice history. You can access the customer portal by clicking the View customer portal button found at the top of the customer page.
The customer portal page link can be shared directly with your customer and does not require signing in to Turnstile.
What your customers can see and do in the customer portal
On the customer portal, your customers can:
View their active subscriptions and products & services.
View and manage payment methods (if Stripe is integrated).
View, pay, and download invoices.
Manage payment methods in the customer portal
If Stripe is integrated, a Payment methods section will appear on the customer portal page where your customer can:
Add additional payment methods.
Choose Make default to assign a default payment method.
View and pay invoices on the customer portal
The customer portal displays the customer's full invoice history. For each invoice, your customers can:
Pay an outstanding invoice directly from the portal.
View a paid or voided invoice via a public-facing link.
Download any invoice.
