The eSign email settings page lets you customize the signature request email your customers receive when you send a quote for signing. To access these settings, go to Settings > eSign email settings.
Looking to manage your company's signers for quotes? You can add and configure quote signers in Settings > Quoter settings.
Set signer order
By default, Turnstile does not enforce a signing order. To require one party to sign before the other:
Go to Settings > eSign email settings.
Under Email configurations, toggle on Enforce signer order.
Use the dropdown to select whether the customer or your signer must sign first.
Select Update to save your changes.
Customize the signature request email
You can edit the text that appears in the signature request email your customers receive.
Go to Settings > eSign email settings.
Under Email content, update any of the following fields:
Title content: the subject line of the email.
Message content above button: text that appears above the Review & sign button.
Message content below button: text that appears below the Review & sign button.
Select Update to save your changes.
The Email preview section shows a live preview of how the email will appear to recipients. If you have a logo uploaded in Settings > Quoter settings, it will be included in the email automatically.
