To view invoices, payments, and Stripe payouts as journal entries in Turnstile, head to Reporting> Accounting. You can export the report or sync to QuickBooks Online or Xero.
Ledger/journal Entries
Turnstile creates journal entries from:
Invoices
Payments
Stripe payouts
Each journal entry includes line-item detail to ensure the accounting output matches what happened in Turnstile.
Syncs and exports
You have two options for using your accounting data: export as CSV or sync to an accounting tool via QuickBooks Online or Xero integrations.
Export as CSV
Go to Reporting > Accounting.
Select one or more entries.
Click Export to CSV.
Download the CSV package.
The export will be a zip file with two CSV files:
A list of customers
A list of journal entries
Sync with QuickBooks or Xero
